I ordered this casket and it was not what I recieved. It is my opinion that they do not care about their customers, especially furry family members. I notified them that the photo was not what I recieved and they apologized and admitted it was their mistake, but did not offer to send a replacement. My little puppy passed suddenly and there was no time to return it. I feel as though they should have overnighted the correct item, so I could have returned the casket that was sent in error. Did not not work with me at all. In my opinion, the casket you will get is not up to par to keep any animal safe inside. I have had nightmares about this event for months due to the horrible customer service I received during my grief of losing my best friend. I had to dig my baby up and rebury her after buying a new casket from a more reputable company. Photos are what I recieved, which do not match the product listing. Beware, because when I examined the casket before her reburial in a more proper one, there was water inside the casket from Titan, because the way the lips come together doesn't allow for a proper seal and it allowed water and dirt to seap inside. The shape is also not correct, I ordered square and this is not square. Overall, I wish I had never visited this website or purchased from this company. They turned a horrible event involving my loved one into something much worse, which i didn't think was possible.
