This is the fifth website that I scrolled looking for a mostly black, box-style urn, with wisps of white marbled throughout. I was expecting it to be more similar to the photo, as my pet was mostly black haired, with just wisps of white.
The product I received was mostly gray and white marbled, leaving only a small areas of black or darker gray. And, though, it is still a beautiful product, I expected a black/Ebony urn to be as black/Ebony as the photo displayed.
My pet fit in the casket. The casket is solid. It could use some handles on it, but there are grooves around the lid and on the bottom to help with lifting it and placing it where you want it, but again, handles would be better. Keep in mind, you will need to put the enclosed weather strip on yourself. It's easy enough to do. Would I order again? Yes, I would. And customer service was absolutely great.

Titan caskets are well constructed. Have beautiful soft pillow, mattress and satin blanket and dust riffle. Ordered a large Almond with baby blue. To put both of my fur babies in. There was plenty of room for both of their bodies. Even enough for for each of their favorite toy to be put i. There with them. Titans customer service was above and beyond. Their pet casket are worth the money. Great product and great customer service personnel. Thank you. In what was a very difficult week. Ordered casket and was delivered next day.
Thank you for getting the casket to me quickly. I took the liberty of using an oil paint sharpie to fill in the leaves on the lid, and it turned out beautifully.
Very impressed with the quality of this pet casket. The exterior was beautiful and the soft interior blanket and pillow inside were amazing. It made a very difficult time so much better. It gave a great amount of closure to know that I was laying my dog to rest in a comfortable casket that represented her love for hunting. Thank you Titan for giving my pup the proper burial that she deserved!
The company was very nice to deal with given a sad situation. They made things easier!
