I called to inquire about expediting the delivery of our pet casket and discuss the delivery options. The representative I spoke with was very compassionate and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. After placing the order online, a representative called to confirm that everything I wanted and needed was covered. I am delighted with the service provided.

When my mom was placed on hospice care, we decided to start her funeral planning process. We found out that we didn't have use the funeral homes stock. After some research we found a Titan casket on Amazon, but decided to go directly to Titan's site. After reviewing all the options with my mom she decided on the Orion Series casket with the Going Home headboard. After mom passed I called and placed the order. The whole process of ordering went smoothly and when the staff called they were very respectful and helpful. As stated when the order was placed the delivery date was given and I was told I would be contact prior to delivery. Sure enough on the day of delivery I received a call and so did the funeral home. When it was delivered, I was amazed how beautiful it was and was perfect. It made me feel really good when the funeral home director asked me where I got it and how impressed he was. When we went to view mom the family was so amazed at how beautiful and perfect it was. I know my mom would have loved it too.

I will recommend Titan Caskets to all my family and friends. If/when the need arrises again, I will definitely use Titan again.

When my dad was dying of cancer in 2021, one of the more agonizing parts was trying to decide how he would be laid to rest. I knew, after losing my grandmother the year before that cremation was the cheapest option. And I could tell that my dad didn't want to be a burden on us, but that he also didn't like the idea of being cremated. After expanding my previous research into funeral homes and mortuary services, I came across the law that said we could buy our own casket. That's what led me to Titan. My dad was a simple Jewish man and wanted nothing fancy - just a pine box. Titan was able to provide that for us without my having to haggle or explain. I just ordered what I wanted and had it sent to the mortuary when it was time. It was so simple and affordable, I'd definitely recommended it to anyone who asks.

I pre purchased a casket for my wife as she was a level 4 cirrhus of liver patient nearing the end of her life. I ordered it on February 5 2023 with the option of calling 2 days ahead to it being delivered to her funeral home in another state. We had a misunderstanding on time it would take to be made and delivered due to shipping company supposedly not doing any deliveries on weekend . Titan shipped 20 gauge steel casket instead of 18 gauge that i had ordered but casket was delivered to funeral home in time for her out of state family members to be at burial and then when Titan was informed that they had used the wrong gauge steel to manufacture casket that i had ordered they offered a refund of difference in price. The rest of casket build was as i had requested ie: color of outside , interior material , roses on head cover and gasketed as i requested. Titan expressed their desire to make me satisfied as to their services to us. I saved money and got what my wife had wanted where the funeral home had nothing anywhere close to what we wanted . I would recommend Titan caskets to anyone trying to save both money and getting what they wanted.

For my dad a navy veteran, this was the ultimate coffin. He would have loved it. At the funeral I probably received just as many compliments on my selection as condolences. Even the funeral home employees were like " wow where did you get this??" I'm extremely impressed 👏

Unfortunately I had a family member pass away and I ordered a casket from Titan to be delivered the next day by 8am (about 9 hours away). I arrived at the funeral home at 7:30am and the driver was already there. The casket was in perfect shape and the driver was professional and prompt. I appreciate how smooth the process was considering the amount of stress I was going through. I would recommend purchasing from Titan. Perfect and smooth transaction.

My family ordered a military casket in black. (Army). My father died right before Christmas so I knew we may have an issue with shipping. Liz assured me that everything would be okay and they would do everything to get the casket there a day before the services by 5 pm.
